Sri Lankan Ayurveda Drink Recipe
This is a traditional Ayurveda drink from Sri Lanka that is believed to have many health benefits. Here's how you can make it:
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Add the cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and black pepper to the water.
- Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
